Ms. Rashmeet Kapoor has over 9 Years of Experience working in Hospitality Industry with an expertise in Front Office Operations.
She started her career as a Guest Relations Executive with The Imperial, New Delhi and thereafter moved on to Taj Group of Hotels where she held various operational and decision making positions. Her last tenure was with The Leela Group of Hotels as an Assistant Front Office Manager.
She has been responsible for training of the new team members, continuous monitoring of budgets & projections, analysis of the guest complaints for improvement and strategically control of inventory and price to maximize Revenue per available room (REVPAR).
She has been awarded the Role Model for 2 Quarters in Taj Mahal Hotel, New Delhi and Shining Gem of the 1st Quarter, Executive Level (pre-opening team) at the Leela Kempinski Hotels & Residences, Gurgaon.
