Dr. Sudhanshu Bhushan has traveled extensively around the world and has gained corporate and academic experience in USA, Europe, and Asia. A gold medalist in management education, he is a mystic, poet, philosopher, management consultant, and an academician. He has published many papers in diverse subjects ranging from economics, globalization, risk management, ethics, leadership, retail, and hospitality. Dr. Bhushan is also advisor and facilitator for management ethics programs with many NGOs and corporate businesses. He is developing programs in motivation, leadership, organizational behavior etc., based on rich cultural heritage of India and other Asian cultures.
Dr. Bhushan is a thought leader on alchemy of western management concepts and oriental thought, leading to management transformation, which is a blend of culture of self and organizational discipline and business ethics. He has authored - From Chaos to Serenity - The Divine Perspective on Management, a treatise on synergy between modern management best practices and wisdom from rich ancient cultural & spiritual heritage of countries like India, China, and Japan etc. He has also authored a book on Innovation Management - a comprehensive textbook, designed to meet the needs of post graduate management students, published by Oxford University Press.
He is the Director of Convergence Management Advisors , Gurgaon, a business consultancy outfit. Previously he has held the positions of Dean - IIMT (Oxford Brookes University, UK) and of Associate Dean, GD Goenka World Institute (Lancaster University, UK). He was also Founder Director, JK Padampat Singhania Institute of Management and Technology, Gurgaon. He is Ex-Vice Chancellor Shri Venkateshwar University, Gajraula (UP) India. He has also worked as Economist with Indian Cotton Mills Federation – FICCI. Dr. Bhushan's international assignments include a stint as International Finance Manager with SAMA group of Industries at Verona, Italy; and a stint as Advisor for Development Programs at Asian Development Bank, Manila.
