What’s in Store at Muqabla 2024?

Muqabla 2024 offers a diverse range of competitions tailored for your interests:

1. Budding Chef Competition

Theme: “Creativity & Future of Food.”

• Create a dish from any cuisine or invent a futuristic recipe.
• Compete in teams of two.
• Judged on Creativity, Innovation, Taste, and Presentation.
• Utilize fresh produce from Vedatya’s six acres of fruit and vegetable farms.

2. The Joy of Draping – Innovative Body Adornment through Draping of Cloth

• Express yourself through the creative draping of uncut cloth.
• Compete in teams of three to five.
• Judged by a fashion expert during a ramp walk and show.

3. Blue Ocean Competition

• Develop entrepreneurial ideas using the Blue Ocean Strategy.
• Present your ideas to a panel of potential investors and business leaders.
• Teams of two to four members.

4. Bartending & Mixology Competition

• Showcase your bartending skills by preparing two cocktails/mocktails.
• One drink must be classical; the other will be innovative using secret ingredients.

5. Service Recovery Showdown

• Step into the role of a Head of Department at a prestigious hotel and tackle a unique crisis.
• Develop and present a service recovery plan to a panel of judges.
