This Culinary Programme offers a platform to bridge the gap between the industrial application and training process for a student. We provide a mélange of theory & practical skill sets for both hot & cold kitchens, focusing on pastry majorly. This course will help you make a successful career in renowned hotels & restaurants. As this is an advanced level Programme learners will be trained to open their own business and get ready to work in a commercial environment
The programme gives national & international industry exposure through supervised work experience to students.
To develop and enhance business acumen in students, the programme will require promotion sales through live counters, food truck, cafeteria etc.
Exposure to pre and post-preparation analysis through analytical tools will support the development of better entrepreneurial skills.
Hands-on assessment after completion of the course which will be supervised and followed by a bake sale for the students to learn to sell their products.
The course has been designed after thorough research and offers an enriching learning experience.
This porgramme focuses on the holistic development of students through on-campus exposure to organic farms, herb garden, fishpond, and poultry farm.
The curriculumn is updated & industry validated with special emphasis on future culinary trends.
Practical training through fully equipped on-campus professional kitchens and regular industry interface with practical exposure for a better skill set.
