About the Event

After the huge success of previous series of Roundtable with Revenue Managers, Sales Managers and Culinary Leaders from multiple brands, we are now organizing a “Roundtable for Service Managers”.

We are delighted to invite Customer Service Managers or Operational Heads to participate in this interactive round table workshop and share their valuable inputs on “collaboration opportunities in area of Service Excellence”.

The key areas of discussion at the Round Table would be in the following domains:

  1. Service Excellence in the context of different industry segments. Is there any opportunity to learn and deploy best practices?
  2. How important are people in the process? Service providers are expected to provide the relevant training, but also to measure its impact on service excellence
  3. How important is the technology in the process? The best customer service solutions

We would appreciate if you can confirm your participation latest by 6th April, 2018.
