The modules are designed to equip the students with a thorough insight of all the related elements which essentially hone their skills to discharge the role of a sales executive/customer services executive and eventually a function manager. The programme will focus on the operational, as well as the non-operational facets. It is the best fit for the service industry professionals wanting to advance their careers.

Aspects like buyer behavior, market research; managing customer experience, sales promotion techniques, managing operations in a customer-facing business, understanding of revenue management, and online marketing will be embedded in the curriculum. The program is targeted towards working professionals with a Bachelor’s degree in any field, currently working in the ‘services’ focused business.

Eligibility and Admission Criteria

Graduate with 50% marks in any stream from an Indian or a foreign university.

Candidates with up to 2 years of work experience will be given preference.

Selection is based on personal interview and aptitude test

A candidate can either fill online application form or download it from the website and send the duly filled application form to the address mentioned on the form along with a draft of Rs.1500 drawn in the favour of “Umak Educational Trust” payable at Gurugram. Candidate can also obtain the application form from the Institute’s Admission Office by depositing Rs.1500 in cash

Terms and Conditions


A refundable programme security deposit of Rs. 15,000 is to be paid at the time of admission. This is fully refundable when the student completes the programme or for some reason when he/she leaves the programme.


If a student leaves the program in the middle of an academic year, then he/she is liable to pay half the annual fee for the particular year.


Any taxes as applicable by law are not included in fees and will be charged additionally.
