Learn and Explore: The range of options shared below are being offered to students from class 11th and 12th to introduce them to contemporary themes that have potential to be developed into career paths, and as a minimum provide value in terms of skills and knowledge required to enhance ‘life skills’ in general. These Four-day programs are going to be facilitated at Vedatya campus during the month of January . Students can sign up for only one theme/ track at a time. Typical Duration and Schedule for all tracks.

Designing the Future: A 4-Day Winter Adventure in AR, VR, and Game Design
Overview:
This 4-day winter internship is an exciting hands-on experience for school students to explore the worlds of Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), and Game Design. Through engaging projects, students will learn how technology can enhance creativity and design, giving them a glimpse into the future of art, gaming, and digital experiences.
Outcomes:
By the end of this internship, students will have gained hands-on experience in AR, VR, and game design, developed their creativity, and learned how these technologies can shape the future of digital art and gaming. They’ll leave with an understanding of how innovation drives new forms of expression in the digital world.
This internship is designed to be fun, engaging, and informative, with a focus on creativity, teamwork, and technical skills.
Schedule:
Day 1: Introduction to AR & VR
Introduction to AR & VR technologies and their impact on art and design.
Demonstration of AR apps and VR experiences.
Activity: Students will create their first AR art piece using an AR drawing app, designing characters or scenes that interact with the real world.
Day 2: Exploring Game Design Basics
Introduction to basic game design principles, storytelling, and interactive environments.
Learn about game characters, levels, and challenges.
Activity: Design a simple game concept on paper (characters, environment, and objectives).
Students will start creating basic game elements using VR tools or 3D modelling software.
Day 3: Building with AR & VR Tools
Learn how AR & VR are used in game development to create immersive worlds.
Hands-on demonstration of VR game creation tools.
Activity: Students will build their own virtual world or 3D game environment, experimenting with textures, shapes, and interactive elements.
Day 4: Game Challenge and Presentation
Refine the game or AR experience created in the previous days.
Focus on polishing the design and adding interactive features.
Session: Present their AR or VR projects to the group.
Discussion on how these technologies is transforming the future of art, design, and gaming.
Exploring the world of Bakery and Culinary Arts
Culinary arts have moved beyond just cooking, as chefs’ one need to understand the importance of backward integration and the culinary infrastructure at Vedatya supported by on-campus farming, fish cultivation, herb garden and poultry farm provides an ideal environment to practically learn the art and science behind cooking.
Therefore, the culinary arts winter at Vedatya allows you to not only learn international cuisine like Italian, French, bakery and confectionary but it also touches upon farming, fish cultivation and other aspects around sustainable practices. A world-class culinary infrastructure that includes professional-grade kitchens, on-campus farms, an herb garden, a fish pond, and a poultry farm will enable the participants to discover their culinary potential and will help the participant to take their culinary passion to the next level.
Expected learning outcomes:
- Get a chance to work and learn from professional chefs
- Learn the basic recipes from Italian, French, Bakery and Confectionary
- Explore making bread, pastries, and desserts by working in real-time with bakers/chefs.
- Understand the requirements of becoming a professional chef
- To evaluate the probability of opting for culinary as a preferred career option.

Learning about Entrepreneurship
The four days workshop will provide an opportunity to consider what it means to be an entrepreneur, both acting independently and within established organizations. The participants will learn about characteristics of entrepreneurs, their motivations, how they get funds, the triggers that started off their entrepreneurial careers and the conditions in which they thrive and grow.
The sessions will also reflect on similarities and differences between entrepreneurs and managers and the ways in which established private and public sector organisations have attempted to harness entrepreneurial energy for innovation and change.
Last, but not least, the participants will reflect upon their own entrepreneurial potential and prepare an elevator pitch (at a basic level) for a new business idea that will be conceived and developed during the four days workshop.
Expected learning outcomes
After completing the workshop successfully, the participants will:
- Will gain an overview of relevant areas of entrepreneurial theory and practice.
- Create an idea for a new venture (at a conceptual level) or significant organisational innovation and consider its commercial viability.
- Assess the role and qualities of entrepreneurs and reflect on their own entrepreneurial potential.
- Opportunity to explore hospitality and its role in entrepreneurship

Program Fee & Registration Details
- Rs. 2500/- plus GST will be charged as Registration Fee for any theme as per choice of candidate.
- Boarding and Lodging will be arranged (if required) at the institute hostel with charge of Rs. 7500/- per participant including meals and AC accommodation on twin sharing basis
- Seats for respective themes will be allotted on a first come first serve basis as a limited number of seats is available.
