  • • Dry fruits of your choice
  • • Milk

Instructions

  • • Begin by taking the frozen butter and cutting it into cubes. Freeze the cubed butter again. This helps create a flakier texture in your cake.
  • • In a mixing bowl, combine the frozen butter cubes and room-temperature milkmaid. Blend this mixture for about two minutes until it becomes frothy and well-mixed.
  • • In another bowl, add the flour and mix it with one teaspoon of baking soda. Also, mix in your choice of dry fruits. Make sure to mix them thoroughly with the flour to prevent them from settling at the bottom of the cake.
  • • Combine the flour mixture with the frothy butter and milkmaid mixture. Stir until the ingredients are well combined.
  • • Add a small amount of milk to the mixture to reach the desired consistency. The batter should be smooth and of pouring consistency.
